I would like to share a few letters from our customers.

To Whom It May Concern:

 

Being an old facility, there is a problem finding companies that are able to work on our elevators. Since the year of 2008, we have discovered  that we are required to upgrade our elevators. I could not find a company to tell me what I would need to do to upgrade. I was working with two companies trying to get a price for the upgrade.

On July 5, 2009, I had a jack blow its seals. The company that was working on teh elevator was not able to complete the repair work in a timely manner. OUr elevator was inoperable for four days.

I called Arkansas Elevator and met with JC the same day. He gave me a price for the repair and the order the new seal. While he was here he installed new stop switches. He called the inspector to find out exactly what needed to be done for the required upgrade and was able to save us almost $100,000.00 He also discovered that we had not completed a load test and scheduled  it the same day.

The work he has done for Lions World Service for the Blind has been outstanding and I would recommend him to any company.
